DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
You’re struggling with alcohol, and it feels like:
-
Once you start drinking for the day, you cannot stop — it feels like a compulsion.
-
You hide your drinking, not because you want to lie, but because you’re embarrassed.
-
You wake up anxious, ashamed, and wondering, “Why can’t I just stop?”
-
Your relationships, career, health, or confidence are suffering.
-
You’ve promised yourself “never again” more times than you can count.

WHY NOTHING HAS CHANGED (YET)
Most people trying to change their drinking only get one message:
“You must abstain forever — and if you can’t, something is wrong with you.”
You’re told to:
-
Go to AA, Celebrate Recovery, or SMART Recovery
-
Go to therapy
-
Explore trauma
-
Learn your triggers
-
Pray harder
…but none of this addresses the actual root causes of alcohol dependency.
So you end up blaming yourself instead of the system.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT
Deep down, you want:
-
To enjoy alcohol in moderation — one or two drinks, then stop effortlessly.
OR -
To live sober without constant cravings, shame, or mental gymnastics.
OR -
A hybrid: to live mostly sober but keep the option of a drink without spiraling.
You want freedom, not fear.
You want choice, not shame.

MY STORY
My name is Crystal Fedeli, and I struggled with alcohol for almost 10 years.
I tried everything people told me to try: abstinence-only programs, AA, therapy, trauma work, and prayer. None of it worked for me — not because I wasn’t trying, but because the traditional approach didn’t address the actual science behind alcohol dependency.
So I did what I know how to do: I researched.
I earned graduate degrees in social research analysis and child advocacy and immersed myself in the science of alcohol dependency and recovery. I learned what the real root causes were — and what tools actually address them.
Once I understood the science and gained access to the right tools, everything changed.
But getting access to those tools? That was the hardest part.
Navigating the system, advocating for myself, finding professionals who respected my choices — all of that was a battle.
I don’t want other people to have to fight that battle alone.
That’s why I created the Choice Recovery Mentorship.

WHAT THE MENTORSHIP IS
The Choice Recovery Mentorship gives you:
-
A scientifically grounded explanation of your personal root cause(s)
-
A personalized plan for moderation, sobriety, or a hybrid — you choose
-
Guidance in accessing medication or tools (if you choose them)
-
Support in navigating the medical and behavioral-health system
-
A partner walking with you so you’re not alone
-
Emotional safety, validation, and a shame-free environment
-
A mentorship grounded in lived experience, research, and compassion
I’m not a doctor or therapist — I don’t want to be.
I’m a researcher, advocate, and someone who’s lived this.
My job is to make recovery clear, simple, empowering — and truly your choice.

IS THIS FOR YOU?
This mentorship is for you if:
-
You’re tired of white-knuckling your drinking.
-
You want moderation or sobriety without shame or pressure.
-
You want science-based clarity, not vague advice.
-
You’re willing to invest in your healing.
-
You want support, guidance, and a partner on the path.

Crystal is warm, passionate and knows how to hold a lot of space that makes you feel supported and seen. She's not a one-solution coach - she's dynamic and has a profound understanding of how to meet people exactly where they're at. Among the very few out there who know that changing your patterns isn't a matter of willpower, she has an un-shaming approach to helping people that feels like a breath of fresh air. Her high energy inspired me, and I'm so grateful to know her. I highly recommend working with Crystal!
